Induction Training Program

New and current employees will have OHS training seminars continuously throughout their time at THEFX. These induction trainings will range from:

- General training relating to health, safety and legal elements to

- Mandatory training which will provide staff to demonstrate their understanding of the policies and allow necessary feedback to increase the quality of the training, environment, etc.

- Mandatory evacuation training in case of emergency

Why we keep OHS records?

We are required to keep records of training activities, first aid treatments and incident investigations in order to:

- Recognize reoccurring risks taking place and ways to completely eliminate it

- Have documentation on hand for any worker compensation legislation, etc.

These entries can also give us insight into the number and cost of injuries/incidents per year.

What we keep on record

Records and statistics will always be on hand; these documents will be stored electronically as well as filed manually for back-up purposes. This will insure that no records/documentations are ever lost and copies of the documents are available to Employees Union as well as any employee that wished to have articles (related to them) is available.

- OHS seminar reviews from employees will help us understand how to enhance your training and what you would like to focus/see change in

- Inspection reports from external and internal services will be filed to expose the number of incidents were controlled and eliminated over the course

- Investigations into internal affairs such as bullying, harassment, etc. will be logged on employee records to keep track of reoccurring offenders

- First Aid assessments/records will be logged to determine detrimental requirements to focus on
