3D SHOW CASE

Here is the link to my 3D Animations:

Over View(Sub Terror)

There are still alot of things a would like to add and change, however cutting it down to what it is now iam happy for now.

When looking at this game on paper comparing it to physical making the game, i will admit that i cut down alot of original design plans. the story will stay the same but the level will look and feel slightly different to what i wanted.

When first starting the game idea i wanted to create similar Dark RPG that had a decent story, and great original character.

What i have now is very basic level walk through but just to get the  very rough concept and look and feel of the game.
last minute choices were mad and adding gas and a effect worked for me in the end all and all it is still a work in progress

GAME LEVEL WALK

Textures Assets

A Number Of Texture Assets have been selected the are:

Building Texture

Ground Texture

 Road Path Texture
Gas Pipe Texture

Gas Tank Texture

Cave Roof Texture

Each texture will be applied thorough unity on each Object.

3D Assets

Two main Assets are put into the game which are:

Building Model will be placed over majority of map and no textures have been applied yet.

The Tanker will have Large and placed on map

Both models have no texture as of yet but will be place on within unity.

Audio Assets(Sub Terror)

At this Stage the Audio assets list is quite small due to early develop of the game there are as follows:
- Foot steps
-Fire Burning
-Slight wind howl or gust
-Cave echo
-Gas Asset
Some small files that will be needed to start with.

All Of the audio flies we be mp3 mostly and i will use a audio source on the objects so that the Audio Li sterner in the Player will detect and playback either on the wake or as a loop depending on the Audio and purpose of  the set sound.

Hopefully i will achieve a dark creepy feeling while venturing in the caves of the level.

OHS CREATION REPORT

Here the THE FX we take pride and are fully committed to An effective and quality Occupational Health and Safety management system which helps to establish the required fields to which staff must comply by in order to ensure proper safety protocols and risk management.

The Basic Elements

OHS Policy

Being an employee at THEFX you will be prone to many OH&S issues, believe it or not. These include and are not limited to physical as well as psychological stress. As your employers it is up to us to help you make sure that all risks are terminated or reduced. We have implemented policies that will aid you while you spend long hours at your desks or when you walk around the office area.

which are:

1. First aid emergency plan

2. Workers compensation and self-insurers

Our Roles and Responsibilities

THEFX identifies its obligation to abide by the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation. For legal and ethical responsibilities we commit ourselves to providing everyone a safe and healthy environment by:
1. Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and working conditions2. Provide extensive measure to fix any queries, complaints or reports received3. Enhance risk management with up-to-date servicing of all electronics, electricity4. Provide resources, support and assistance that will allow employees to not strain or stress5. Comply with all relevant legislation and industry standards6. Train new and current staff regularly to ensure everyone is aware and implementing these procedures7. Regularly review all OH&S systems are up-to-date and relevant8. Demonstrating where exits, first aid, fire extinguishers, cleaners, etc. are in case of an emergency9. Provide for emergencies, including evacuation, communication and first aid/medical treatment10. Commit sufficient resources, both financial and human, to maintain or improve the OHS program

Financial And Human Resources

Here at THEFX we rely on you guys to maintain this system. All you need to do is participate as much as possible during these meetings and seminars. During these times with me and the rest of your peers I expect full attention and involving yourself in identifying risk management and risk control.

Here is a Flowchart to demonstrate the OHS Management System we have in place.

Hazard Report Sheet

Induction Training Program

New and current employees will have OHS training seminars continuously throughout their time at THEFX. These induction trainings will range from:

- General training relating to health, safety and legal elements to

- Mandatory training which will provide staff to demonstrate their understanding of the policies and allow necessary feedback to increase the quality of the training, environment, etc.

- Mandatory evacuation training in case of emergency

Why we keep OHS records?

We are required to keep records of training activities, first aid treatments and incident investigations in order to:

- Recognize reoccurring risks taking place and ways to completely eliminate it

- Have documentation on hand for any worker compensation legislation, etc.

These entries can also give us insight into the number and cost of injuries/incidents per year.

What we keep on record

Records and statistics will always be on hand; these documents will be stored electronically as well as filed manually for back-up purposes. This will insure that no records/documentations are ever lost and copies of the documents are available to Employees Union as well as any employee that wished to have articles (related to them) is available.

- OHS seminar reviews from employees will help us understand how to enhance your training and what you would like to focus/see change in

- Inspection reports from external and internal services will be filed to expose the number of incidents were controlled and eliminated over the course

- Investigations into internal affairs such as bullying, harassment, etc. will be logged on employee records to keep track of reoccurring offenders

- First Aid assessments/records will be logged to determine detrimental requirements to focus on

Report B: Hazard report form

In the previous task you identified all the hazards in your immediate work environment. This task requires that you identify a minimum of three hazards and recommend specific actions.

Team member 1: Max Simpson
 Team member 2: Elliot Cathcart

Date:23/5/2014

Hazard 1 Details:

1. Description of Hazard:

There is sufficient space for each person to work safely. The H Block art room is very cluttered. In the back where we have to collect our work the space is small and hard to manoeuvre around.

2. Risk Score: 5

3. Immediate actions that can be taken:

The space will need to be cleaned.

4. Further Recommendations for Rectification:

Some of the items in the back such as the cabinets can be moved to make space.

Hazard 2 Details:

1. Description of Hazard:
Safety rules and evacuation routes are prominently displayed. Some of the signs are are a

bit worn and the words are small.
  2. Risk Score: 6
3. Immediate actions that can be taken:

Change the signs and make them bigger.
4. Further Recommendations for Rectification:
None.

Hazard 3 Details:

1. Description of Hazard:
Floor surfaces are maintained in a safe condition however; some of the corners in the
art room carpet come up and snag the whiteboard and shoes when you walk past.

2. Risk Score:4

3. Immediate actions that can be taken:
Fixing the carpet

4. Further Recommendations for Rectification:
Until the carpet can be fixed place hazard signs or a mat over the turned up carpet.

Hazard 4 Details:

1. Description of Hazard:
Toilet conditions floors, sinks and soap.

2. Risk Score:3

3. Immediate actions that can be taken:

Replace Soap, Mop floors and pick paper towels and any other hazardous objects on ground.

4. Further Recommendations for Rectification:

Monitor more regularly.

Report C: Risk Control Plan

In the previous exercise you identified actions that could be taken. In this task identify those hazards that have the greatest risk and using the table below document how the actions (controls) will be monitored.
